Over Denture (2 implants or more)

An over denture is a removable denture that is supported and held in place by two or more dental implants placed in the jawbone. Compared to a conventional denture that simply rests on the gums, an over denture provides dramatically improved stability, retention, and chewing power.

The denture clicks securely onto the implants but can still be removed by the patient for cleaning. Most patients notice the difference immediately: less slipping while eating or speaking, less pressure and irritation on the gums, and a more confident smile.

Over dentures are an excellent option for patients who want a major upgrade over traditional dentures without the cost of a full set of individual implants.
